“Wellness looks different for everyone and for every family. You are the expert on your own life and counseling should focus on your goals, not the therapists; I value and integrate the unique strengths each person brings to counseling. My expertise as a counselor can help develop a safe, non-judgmental, place to explore and support wellness- using practices that are known in the field of counseling to be effective and strengths-based. I enjoy working with people to navigate problems in life and I am deeply honored by the trust that is developed in the healing process. I never stop learning, each person I work with teaches me that much more about how strong and courageous people can be in the face of adversity. You too, are strong and courageous. I would love the opportunity to work alongside you on this journey.” – Macie
